Here's wishing a Happy New Year to all my readers and their families! Hope 2010 is filled with even more blessings than 2009! I will begin with a (very) slow return to blogging, and you will notice that my blog will have a bit of a new feel to it, as I focus my blog more towards nutriton and a whole-foods lifestyle, as that is my biggest passion.
